Dahill was formed as Dahill Industries in 1987 in Texas. Selling and servicing the Sharp line of products, it quickly developed a strong reputation for knowing their customers, and their customers’ needs through strong local management and staff. Dahill continued to expand and operate profitably. In 1999, Dahill was acquired by Global Imaging Systems (GISX), a leading provider of office technology solutions.

  • At the time Global Imaging Systems was the fastest growing and most profitable publicly traded company in the office automation industry.
  • Dahill was/is the largest Texas headquartered office equipment and solution provider in the state with 15 offices and over 40,000 machines in the field.
  • Dahill was the Largest Sharp dealer in the United States and the second largest Konica Minolta dealer in the US. Dahill received the highest honors from both manufacturers for consistent service excellence.
  • Dahill was selected to service over 1,500 machines on Texas based military bases. Acquired by Xerox Corporation in May 2007

  • We offer medical, dental, vision and prescription benefit options in addition to 401 (k), flexible spending account, and short term disability to benefits eligible team members. We also pay 100% of the costs for benefits eligible team members for your basic life/AD&D and long term disability insurance. All team members are offered PTO as part of Dahill’s benefits offering for use as needed, including days off related to vacation and illness.


  • Each month Dahill brings in a community member to educate employees one individual subjects pertaining to their health. In 2016 Dahill hosted a variety of doctors who spoke on, Diabetes prevention, skeletal/muscle issues, and nutrition. Dahill continues to grow the program to enhance the longevity of our teams everyday wellness.


  • The Dahill Leadership Program is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of Dahill Leaders who have a strong sense of self awareness, have the ability to work effetely with others. Participants meet one day per month, February through October. Programs focus on Dahill Internal Processes, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, DiSC Assessment, Change Management, Strategic Thinking, Employment Law, Business Ethics, and SMART Goal setting.


  • You are encouraged to continue your career progression through continued learning and development. To this end, Dahill has an education assistance program to help you seek development in areas that also benefit and/or relate to Dahill’s operations. Educational reimbursement will be made for documented tuition and costs such as required textbooks, materials, supplies, and lab fees, up to a maximum of $2000 annually. Eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • The team member:

    -Has been employed for one year continuously

    -Is classified as full time

    -Has a satisfactory employment record and is in good standing

    -Is pursuing an education opportunity that is related to the team member’s current position, needed for a promotion within our organization, or contributes to Dahill’s mission or goals.

    Tuition reimbursement must be applied for in advance using the applicable forms, located on Dahill’s intranet. Your department Director / Vice President and the Human Resources department will approve or deny your request for tuition reimbursement based on the above criteria and their discretion. Ask your supervisor or Human Resources department if you need assistance in locating and/or filling out the forms. 

    Team members who terminate employment within one year after receipt of education reimbursement must repay all education reimbursement funds received. Reimbursement will be made according to the following:

     A.  75% of reimbursable costs

     B. 50% of reimbursable costs

     C. or below No reimbursement

    -Pass 50% of reimbursable costs

    -Fail No reimbursement

    -Incomplete No reimbursement / evaluated after a grade is assigned

    Reimbursement payment must be requested, along with supporting documentation, within 60 days after course completion. If requested after this date, approved reimbursements are forfeit.

Annual President’s Club Trip:

  • All Dahill team members aspire to earn the prestigious “President’s Trip”. From the moment you graduate from training and are assigned your tasks as an administration support or a territory as a sales professional you have the opportunity to earn a “spot” on the “Presidents Trip”. In addition to a lavish trip you receive recognition amongst your peers and the Dahill’s executives.

Annual Service Club Trip:

  • High performers from service and management team are awarded a weekend celebration for their hard work throughout the year

Employee Appreciation Program:

  • Appreciation is a fundamentally engraved in the Dahill Culture. It is important to us that our employees and their work are valued. There are a variety of programs throughout the year that highlight an employee’s efforts: appreciation lunches, yearly awards (President’s Trip), special trainings, offsite events such as Spurs games, musical events, and theatrical presentations. 


We are B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales which involves direct selling to the end user. Ability to cold-call in order to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Responsible for meeting targets in a competitive work environment and maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.


Assist with developing and implementing new plans and procedures. Responsible for preparing, administering and controlling budgets for the sales department, which involves supervising and approving contracts and expenditures. Typically, you will work closely with managers and help with expense reports or sales projections. Likely to assist with travel planning, scheduling meetings or conferences.


Dahill Operations is the support arm that supplies our customers both internally and externally with our products. Our internal customers are the Service, Sales and Admin departments that rely on us to provide parts, supplies and equipment to keep Dahill and our external customers running. From set-up and delivery to service and supply support.


Provide services related to databases, networking, software, hardware, and many more. Responsible for providing technical support to customers and provide training to the non-technical employees on how to navigate through the businesses information systems. With 3rd party Vendor Management, we arrive at the best solution and stay tuned in for when changes are needed to be made due to the constant modification in technology.
